Minutes of a Virtual Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council

held on Friday 12th March 2021 at 6.00pm

Present: Councillors R Fisken (Chairman), A Dick, C Butler, A Keeley and R Butler  

 

In attendance: P Thompson (Clerk)   

 

1.   Apologies: Councillor G Light​

 

2.   Declaration of Interests: None

 

3.   Planning Applications:

21/00436/HOUSE - Oakley House, Pinfold Lane, Ashampstead: First floor extension and external alterations. Coloured render to all walls and new roof tiles to all roofs.

It was unanimously agreed that 'no objections' should be submitted in respect of this application. The Clerk was asked to submit the Council's observations to WBC.

 

4.   Parish Online Service:

It was agreed that Councillor Alex Dick would attend the BALC/HALC training course, via zoom, on 30th March 2021 prior to the Council subscribing to this service.

 

5.   There being no other business the meeting closed at 6.08pm.
